Hidden River Brewing Company is a unique brewery located in a historic Brinton Lodge, offering an intriguing atmosphere that takes visitors through the past. The outdoor area is lovely, especially when the weather is nice. The brewery features two bars, dining areas, and an incredible seating area with a fireplace, bookshelves, and old decor that leans into the haunted building concept. The staff are friendly and attentive, enhancing the experience. The menu includes options like Cuban press sandwich, meatball parm, Helios grilled cheese, and cinnamon sugar pretzel sticks. The Nosh Board, featuring cheeses, meats, pretzels, and pickles, is a popular choice for sharing. The beers, particularly the double IPAs like Bite Your Own Teeth and Fast Phase, are exceptional and a must-try.
