I rarely go to this McDonald’s anymore due to the lack of quality food and service. The workers are not professional at all, their really need to retrain them. Some with attitudes, and others just show and speak like they don’t want to be there. The customer service is not there at all, and it’s sad. It’s ima great location but customer service is key! I brought a sandwich tonight and when I got home and opened my box this is how my food was presented to me.
Manager was super sweet and polite with us and our toddler. This location has the best trained staff in the area and we've never had an issue. While we were eating our toddler started talking to him and he took extra time from his day while working on reports to talk with our toddler. There aren't many places where any employee is willing to engage with children on their level.
