Fast Food Restaurants near Douglassville

“no one would believe but this is a honest and sincere review, i always used to visit the taco bell located on Gilbertsville, pa and always had folks giving attitudes and arguing over stuff that was clearly indicated in the on the go kiosk , i put in my concerns to the HQ but to my surprise, we shall look into it and there is no followup or feedback and this franchise continue the same behaviour. Asking for a Mexican Pizza with NO MEAT, does it reflect that i have to specify Mexican Pizza veggie.
i went to this TacoBell in Douglasville, pa and this gentleman Nathan V was extremely patient , very generous, subtle and very helping and he took time to not only understand my order which again was Mexican Pizza No Meat and i was delivered with NO MEAT as compared to the other Franchise who provided me with BEEF, the guy in Gilbertsville Damien , and the manager who denied to provide her name has been the worst team.
Nathan V took good care of my order and gave me a warm welcome which felt really appreciative.

Would never recommend Gilbertsville, PA franchise, as they do not seem to know how to treat a customer with respect and dignity.
Folks who care for their Money and Respect should avoid going to the Gilbertsville, pa franchise.“

“The staff at this Chipotle location are the best. Preparing good quality food, very welcoming and friendly, and keep a clean environment.
I work only a mile from the Exeter Chipotle, but travel the extra 15 minutes to this location because of how well the staff run this location.“

“It was quite late in the evening and the drive thru was extremely busy. The staff were under extreme pressure as I learned there were only ppl on staff. I watched as they worked together as fast as they could. Even though there was obviously a wait, I was very impressed by the smiles I received at both windows. Great job employees! McDonalds Management and Franchise Owner... DO BETTER! Be more prepared or pay more an hour to have reliable employees. Those 3 ppl need a raise, STAT!“

“ordered for the first time today. Very good can't wait to try something new next time!“

“Always a fantastic way to start off the week - Louie and the team have this location ready for a great day from the time the doors open !! Servant service with a smile and a My Pleasure !!! Well Done Exeter !!!“

“This may be the nicest fast food restaurant ! I've never been inside , always drive through . We came inside today and it was spotless , and spacious ! We also love the $ 1 specials :)“

“THANK YOU to the kids working the drive through last night. They were so polite and helpful… REFRESHING ❤️ Wanted both the workers and employer to know and thank them for doing a great job!!“

“They messed up my order & I filled out the survey after I received the email and they called the same exact day and apologized for messing it up
And said they would remake my sandwich’s for me. It was very kind of them & my new sandwich tasted much better. I appreciated the kindness and willingness to make sure I did not stay disappointed.“

“always good food and service. other locations south of this one just are awful this place is awesome.“

“Foods good but I paid for bacon burgers and some of my burgers didn’t have bacon. I did not pay for Regular burgers I paid for a BACON burgers..“

“Newly constructed location very nice staff was friendly the only downfall is they took KFC out of it but no complaints, instructions were actually followed food portion was much better compared to other locations in the area way better than Wyomissing location thats for sure I highly recommend“

“Well oiled machine @ this location as of July 21 ‘26; quick service & extremely delicious and well put together food

New steak burrito, crispy chicken chalupas, double beef burrito were all delicious. I’ve been here a handful of times for breakfast & lunch/dinner and has been a positive experience every visit; this TBell is the best fast food joint in the shopping center 📈“

“This McDonald’s always makes the food amazing and it’s always nice and hot and they’re extremely kind as well especially the manager Mikey’s helped my husband out one night and we will never forget that. Thanks for everything!“

“Amy the store manager is such an amazing human being. She is so kind, will take the time to talk to her customers. She is front and center to her employees and sets such a good example as a leader. She needs a promotion and a raise! We love seeing her and is super accommodating to food aversions. Thank you!!!“

“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

“Ive been to this Wendy’s twice now. Both in times of crisis. Down bad and I needed a Dave’s double to pick me up. They have not disappointed me yet. This might single-handedly be the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Piping hot. Got my order correct and super quickly. Quality is fantastic. The workers at the Pottstown Wendy’s are truly doing god’s work out here. Very appreciative for their efforts and this burger. 10/10 would come back.“

“If you’re going to go to a Panda Express go to this one ! You’re going to get better food here than at the one by the outlets . And the General Manager here is definitely better than the one at the outlet location with the glasses Just sayin 🤭“

“This Subway is just another location in a franchise you know and love. As such, there's no real "killer feature" that sets this one apart from the rest. It's conveniently located in Upland Square shopping center near Giant, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, AMC Theater, and Target. At Subway, you know what to expect on the menu and you know what kinds of prices you'll see. A great location to stop at if you're in the mood for Subway fare, and a short walk to Kiwi for a frozen yogurt dessert, if that's your kind of thing, or several great stores if you're in a shopping mood.“

“My grandchildren love it here. They can sit and watch all of the traffic driving by & watch the cars.“

“My father and I were desperate for food Christmas Eve and we couldn’t find any place still open. We called the Subway in Elverson PA to ask if they’d be open and the individual who answered said that even though we wouldn’t get there until a few minutes after they closed, he would keep the shop open a few extra minutes for us. He also let us order ahead so it would be ready for when we got there. We showed up 5 minutes past close on Christmas Eve and he let us in and had all of our food ready to go. We were able to pay and head out in less than five minutes. His name was Harry and he was AWESOME. So, not only was that an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service, but the food was also great. Thank you Harry!“

“Best customer service experience ever. Everything good for Exeter Pizza Hut.“
