Fast Food Restaurants near Douglassville

“no one would believe but this is a honest and sincere review, i always used to visit the taco bell located on Gilbertsville, pa and always had folks giving attitudes and arguing over stuff that was clearly indicated in the on the go kiosk , i put in my concerns to the HQ but to my surprise, we shall look into it and there is no followup or feedback and this franchise continue the same behaviour. Asking for a Mexican Pizza with NO MEAT, does it reflect that i have to specify Mexican Pizza veggie.
i went to this TacoBell in Douglasville, pa and this gentleman Nathan V was extremely patient , very generous, subtle and very helping and he took time to not only understand my order which again was Mexican Pizza No Meat and i was delivered with NO MEAT as compared to the other Franchise who provided me with BEEF, the guy in Gilbertsville Damien , and the manager who denied to provide her name has been the worst team.
Nathan V took good care of my order and gave me a warm welcome which felt really appreciative.

Would never recommend Gilbertsville, PA franchise, as they do not seem to know how to treat a customer with respect and dignity.
Folks who care for their Money and Respect should avoid going to the Gilbertsville, pa franchise.“

“The staff at this Chipotle location are the best. Preparing good quality food, very welcoming and friendly, and keep a clean environment.
I work only a mile from the Exeter Chipotle, but travel the extra 15 minutes to this location because of how well the staff run this location.“

“Got my burger completely wrong. Had stuff it shouldn't have and was missing some it should. The amount of bacon on the wrong one was pathetic, remade one had more.. 2 young ladies working the counter were very apologetic and made sure the replacement was correct.“

“Newly constructed location very nice staff was friendly the only downfall is they took KFC out of it but no complaints, instructions were actually followed food portion was much better compared to other locations in the area way better than Wyomissing location thats for sure I highly recommend“

“We really miss Taco Bell’s breakfast and hope it comes back someday. Decaf iced coffee would be a great addition too. Not a huge fan of the robot order taker, and occasionally the nacho fries aren’t filled all the way. Most employees are friendly, though a few newer ones seem less engaged. Usually it seems the order doesn't get started until you've checked in at the speaker, so it doesn't really save you time by ordering ahead. Overall a decent and clean location.“

“Amy the store manager is such an amazing human being. She is so kind, will take the time to talk to her customers. She is front and center to her employees and sets such a good example as a leader. “I stopped in yesterday before going to work for a quick bite. Two girls noticed me..said nothing. I stood there for five minutes with nobody else in line waiting for my order to be taken. Finally another lady if I needed anything and I told her I had been standing there for five minutes and nobody had waited on me yet. Seemed like they would rather be talking and dealing with the drive thru. The GM came out, took my order, then gave me a free lunch..which was very nice. I was more than ready to pay but two thumbs up to this GM for the respect he showed me. I would have given a five star, but when you blatantly get ignored? Hope the two girls learned their lesson in customer service. I work retail and I wasn’t abt to be a Karen. Thank you GM..“

“Ive been to this Wendy’s twice now. Both in times of crisis. Down bad and I needed a Dave’s double to pick me up. They have not disappointed me yet. This might single-handedly be the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Piping hot. Got my order correct and super quickly. Quality is fantastic. The workers at the Pottstown Wendy’s are truly doing god’s work out here. Very appreciative for their efforts and this burger. 10/10 would come back.“

“I sat here in the dining room for over 45 minutes watching people come in from the street with their own cups and just grabbing soda. Specialty people picking up food they have their own cup and walk to the fountain sodas and put soda in it while waiting for the order meanwhile the person in the front doesn't pay attention but besides that the food was awesome she was very polite and friendly“

“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

“If you’re going to go to a Panda Express go to this one ! You’re going to get better food here than at the one by the outlets . And the General Manager here is definitely better than the one at the outlet location with the glasses Just sayin 🤭“
