“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

We have to drive all the way to the Exeter location. Please consider opening it back up. We would probably be there three times a week letting our little ones play off some energy. “I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“

“no one would believe but this is a honest and sincere review, i always used to visit the taco bell located on Gilbertsville, pa and always had folks giving attitudes and arguing over stuff that was clearly indicated in the on the go kiosk , i put in my concerns to the HQ but to my surprise, we shall look into it and there is no followup or feedback and this franchise continue the same behaviour. Asking for a Mexican Pizza with NO MEAT, does it reflect that i have to specify Mexican Pizza veggie.
i went to this TacoBell in Douglasville, pa and this gentleman Nathan V was extremely patient , very generous, subtle and very helping and he took time to not only understand my order which again was Mexican Pizza No Meat and i was delivered with NO MEAT as compared to the other Franchise who provided me with BEEF, the guy in Gilbertsville Damien , and the manager who denied to provide her name has been the worst team.
Nathan V took good care of my order and gave me a warm welcome which felt really appreciative.

Would never recommend Gilbertsville, PA franchise, as they do not seem to know how to treat a customer with respect and dignity.
Folks who care for their Money and Respect should avoid going to the Gilbertsville, pa franchise.“

“I stopped in yesterday before going to work for a quick bite. Two girls noticed me..said nothing. I stood there for five minutes with nobody else in line waiting for my order to be taken. Finally another lady if I needed anything and I told her I had been standing there for five minutes and nobody had waited on me yet. Seemed like they would rather be talking and dealing with the drive thru. The GM came out, took my order, then gave me a free lunch..which was very nice. I was more than ready to pay but two thumbs up to this GM for the respect he showed me. I would have given a five star, but when you blatantly get ignored? Hope the two girls learned their lesson in customer service. I work retail and I wasn’t abt to be a Karen. Thank you GM..“

“The staff at this Chipotle location are the best. Preparing good quality food, very welcoming and friendly, and keep a clean environment.
I work only a mile from the Exeter Chipotle, but travel the extra 15 minutes to this location because of how well the staff run this location.“

“Need to hire employees with an IQ higher than a sack of hammers. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Brand new store...same employees that either don't pay attention or don't care. You'll wait 20 minutes for your food and be handed someone else's order.“

“Ive been to this Wendy’s twice now. Both in times of crisis. Down bad and I needed a Dave’s double to pick me up. They have not disappointed me yet. This might single-handedly be the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Piping hot. Got my order correct and super quickly. Quality is fantastic. The workers at the Pottstown Wendy’s are truly doing god’s work out here. Very appreciative for their efforts and this burger. 10/10 would come back.“

“I used the drive-through At around 9:30 on 7/31 And there was a brief power outage. I don’t know their names, but the girls running the drive-through wew were professional and handled everything well. They kept me updated and we were even able to laugh about it!

“Honestly, this place should have higher reviews but since people just want to complain these days, I will share my positive feedback. I visit here quite often and have nothing BUT POSITIVE FEEDBACK. To see some of these reviews, they just can't be true, I have literally ➡️NEVER had a bad experience⬅️.The staff are very hard working young women (occasionally a young man but typically its all women here) these ladies work so hard, I never wait long, my order is always correct, my food is always great and they are always friendly and polite. I've never received sloppy unappetizing food, it's always neatly made, hot and fresh. The restaurant is kept very clean, these ladies are very organized and even on the very rare occasion there is an error, they quickly correct it, never sacrificing quality for time. The food here far exceeds any other fast food restaurant and that's why if I have a choice I go here. These young people work incredibly hard to provide a great experience which they succeed at. I do hope more of you will do your part to lift up our young people as this job is a stepping stone for success in the future.“

“This Subway is just another location in a franchise you know and love. As such, there's no real "killer feature" that sets this one apart from the rest. It's conveniently located in Upland Square shopping center near Giant, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, AMC Theater, and Target. At Subway, you know what to expect on the menu and you know what kinds of prices you'll see. A great location to stop at if you're in the mood for Subway fare, and a short walk to Kiwi for a frozen yogurt dessert, if that's your kind of thing, or several great stores if you're in a shopping mood.“
