“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

“As a mom of 3, we used to spend so much time there playing with friends in the play area. We truly miss it and hope they open it back up. It’s a shame that they still have it closed. We have to drive all the way to the Exeter location. Please consider opening it back up. We would probably be there three times a week letting our little ones play off some energy. “Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“I love going to this location because the welcoming smiles and great customer service is TOP TIER here. Even when the staff is limited you wouldn’t know because you still receive exceptional service. Tiffany and Imani holds it down every time. They work well together and I am always pleased with the precision of my order. My questions are answered and I don’t feel like a bother when I ask for customizing the things I eat. I love stopping here for my food and will continue to do so !! Keep up the good work guys and I appreciate you all !!“

“I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“

“Need to hire employees with an IQ higher than a sack of hammers. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Brand new store...same employees that either don't pay attention or don't care. You'll wait 20 minutes for your food and be handed someone else's order.“

“I stopped in yesterday before going to work for a quick bite. Two girls noticed me..said nothing. I stood there for five minutes with nobody else in line waiting for my order to be taken. Finally another lady if I needed anything and I told her I had been standing there for five minutes and nobody had waited on me yet. Seemed like they would rather be talking and dealing with the drive thru. The GM came out, took my order, then gave me a free lunch..which was very nice. I was more than ready to pay but two thumbs up to this GM for the respect he showed me. I would have given a five star, but when you blatantly get ignored? Hope the two girls learned their lesson in customer service. I work retail and I wasn’t abt to be a Karen. Thank you GM..“

“I would leave 5 but the night and weekend crew just aren’t as nice as the normal weekday team. The weekday team definitely cares more and the food is always hot and made right. The night and weekend don’t seem to care. Order light sauce and get it smothered in sauce in the evenings We even had a weekend order of extra cheese come with no cheese! And can’t ever get anyone on the phone as it routes to a call center and never get a call back. So if we don’t order early in the day we just don’t go!“

“Ive been to this Wendy’s twice now. Both in times of crisis. Down bad and I needed a Dave’s double to pick me up. They have not disappointed me yet. This might single-handedly be the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Piping hot. Got my order correct and super quickly. Quality is fantastic. The workers at the Pottstown Wendy’s are truly doing god’s work out here. Very appreciative for their efforts and this burger. 10/10 would come back.“

“I sat here in the dining room for over 45 minutes watching people come in from the street with their own cups and just grabbing soda. Specialty people picking up food they have their own cup and walk to the fountain sodas and put soda in it while waiting for the order meanwhile the person in the front doesn't pay attention but besides that the food was awesome she was very polite and friendly“

She went above and beyond, she offered to give us an extra drink if we needed it because of how hot it was outside, she was just so kind and so sweet!“

I work only a mile from the Exeter Chipotle, but travel the extra 15 minutes to this location because of how well the staff run this location.“

“Honestly, this place should have higher reviews but since people just want to complain these days, I will share my positive feedback. I visit here quite often and have nothing BUT POSITIVE FEEDBACK. To see some of these reviews, they just can't be true, I have literally ➡️NEVER had a bad experience⬅️.The staff are very hard working young women (occasionally a young man but typically its all women here) these ladies work so hard, I never wait long, my order is always correct, my food is always great and they are always friendly and polite. I've never received sloppy unappetizing food, it's always neatly made, hot and fresh. The restaurant is kept very clean, these ladies are very organized and even on the very rare occasion there is an error, they quickly correct it, never sacrificing quality for time. The food here far exceeds any other fast food restaurant and that's why if I have a choice I go here. These young people work incredibly hard to provide a great experience which they succeed at. I do hope more of you will do your part to lift up our young people as this job is a stepping stone for success in the future.“
