I'm a door dash driver and it's hard for to stop for food while I'm dashing. I just dropped off an order at the CVS across the street and saw the Taco Bell. I was not disappointed by my quick detour! I only ordered 2 tacos, but they were packed with flavor and were freshly made. I got in the habit of asking for "extra" hot sauce since the Taco Bells in Reading are stingy with the sauces. Always great service at the drive thru from friendly workers! Unfortunately it can be rare to encounter friendly and happy fast food workers anymore but the people at this Taco Bell are rocking it! Food is always correct too, and is hot and delicious.

The problem is not the food. It’s good food at a reasonable price. The problem is the service. The one thing these fast food restaurants seem to lack nowadays is quality control. Taking the time to make sure an order is right. Making sure it is complete. The customer’s satisfaction should always be the main goal. I can’t understand why they just can’t get it right.
