“no one would believe but this is a honest and sincere review, i always used to visit the taco bell located on Gilbertsville, pa and always had folks giving attitudes and arguing over stuff that was clearly indicated in the on the go kiosk , i put in my concerns to the HQ but to my surprise, we shall look into it and there is no followup or feedback and this franchise continue the same behaviour. Asking for a Mexican Pizza with NO MEAT, does it reflect that i have to specify Mexican Pizza veggie.
i went to this TacoBell in Douglasville, pa and this gentleman Nathan V was extremely patient , very generous, subtle and very helping and he took time to not only understand my order which again was Mexican Pizza No Meat and i was delivered with NO MEAT as compared to the other Franchise who provided me with BEEF, the guy in Gilbertsville Damien , and the manager who denied to provide her name has been the worst team.
Nathan V took good care of my order and gave me a warm welcome which felt really appreciative.

Would never recommend Gilbertsville, PA franchise, as they do not seem to know how to treat a customer with respect and dignity.
Folks who care for their Money and Respect should avoid going to the Gilbertsville, pa franchise.“

“I wanted to stop in and give a review of this restaurant. I have only been here a few times but their people and atmosphere were amazing. They are very welcoming and their food is amazing. It is so important for people to hear and see the fruits of their labor so I wanted the restaurant and their employees to see how hard their work is paying off. “Use this review as a small grain of salt on your margarita glass. Being from Arizona, I would say I am hard criticism towards Mexican restaurants in Pennsylvania. Mainly cause it’s hard to find the proper ingredients in Pennsylvania. I personally do like La Familia. We will we will return. The only thing I will say negatively towards the restaurant is they don’t have a soda fountain, and for someone who likes their Mexican food with a cup of Coke from the fountain, I was a little disappointed. However, having an original glass bottle, Coke was delicious. Also for dessert they normally have Tres Leches cake and I didn’t get to try it, but I plan on it. So if you’re the thing that likes a bar and some Mexican food, it’s definitely your place.“

“We really miss Taco Bell’s breakfast and hope it comes back someday. Decaf iced coffee would be a great addition too. Not a huge fan of the robot order taker, and occasionally the nacho fries aren’t filled all the way. Most employees are friendly, though a few newer ones seem less engaged. Usually it seems the order doesn't get started until you've checked in at the speaker, so it doesn't really save you time by ordering ahead. Overall a decent and clean location.“

“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“
