I’ve had wings from many places but the wings from Gios are exceptional! Fall off the bone, smoky, with a balanced heat that simply make these the best. Again, I’ve heard of fall off the bone, never experienced it till these incredible wings! Just go…. And order ….. not to disappoint! Thank me later. And he is a genuinely great human! Can’t miss.
Caught this food truck at Hidden River brewing. Really surprised there's nothing here on Yelp yet. Ribs were absolutely amazing!!! Brisket tacos also excellent! Streetcorn was good. Everything else looked great too. Check them out wherever you find them

Wow this food is absolutely amazing!! I’ve been to several of their events and have tried almost all menu items. I can confidently say I’ve never had something I didn’t enjoy immensely! Everything is so delicious, you won’t be disappointed with anything you choose. My personal favorite items are the nachos, pulled pork sandwich and the brisket quesadilla!
