“Booked for a corporate reward day and they were fantastic! They brought the truck on site with lots of options (even sugar free, and vegan/dairy free!!). They were great to work with and the communication was wonderful! We highly recommend and hope to book again next year!“

“I picked up gyro, french fries and baklava cheesecake and it was SO SO GOOD ? that's true that it's too delicious! I will definitely come back! There should have been a lemonade to my order as a gift (through Uber Eats) but it was not there. I still loved the food.“

“Gather has such charm and warmth! Love the neighborhood community feel. The food is excellent, the coffee hot and the flavors varied. Local art of all sorts is available for sale and there is a cute plant business, Commonly Overlooked, on the 2nd floor along with cozy spots to enjoy your food and drink.“
“Found this place while in town for a gymnastics meet. Great place, nice atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of beers on tap, IPAS, stouts, sours, lots of choices. And the food was wonderful. Started with cheese curds and a Flatbread, then the Nashville (kinda) Hpt Chicken Sandwich. One of three best I've had, perfectly cooked, crispy, and hot but overall a well balanced flavor.“

“The food at Wired Chef is delicious! I have been there a few times, always trying something different. My first time was for breakfast, the home fries were the real deal cubed potatoes cooked to perfection. Only place I have found in York that has them.Next time I went I had lunch. Wonton soup, steamed dumplings, and egg rolls. The Wonton soup was amazing, it had a superb broth, and the wontons did not disappoint.Steam dumplings as good if not better than the soup. The egg rolls, were stuffed full and the wrap was cooked perfectly not overly greasy and truly golden brown. The owner explained to me the reason everything is so incredibly flavorful is because everything is made from scratch by hand.Ohhhhhhh and did I mention the coffee??? They make the tastiest Mocha ☕️ the homemade cinnamon rolls are banging too.The prices are reasonable, portion sizes are in line with the prices.“
“It has been some time since we stopped by Reeser's--I think we were coming back from a tubing trip--so we were all hot and in good spirits from the days adventures. We saw a sign for ice cream--smashed the brakes and whipped the Honda Pilot into the parking lot. We were thrilled by what we found--the sundaes(?) were creative and I recall lots of fresh fruit. We love walk up ice cream spots like this... will return if we are in the area.“

“One of the best dining experiences I've had in York! The French onion soup sandwich is one of the best things I've ever tasted! Also - amazing fries with it. My fiancé got the orange glazed chicken which was just as good. The staff were also amazing, and we had a great waitress! For our appetizer we had the cheese fondue, which was great as well. It felt upscale, but the prices were super affordable and reasonable. It was also casual, which we loved!“

“Our first visit to York and we're out bar hopping on the Friday of St. Paddy's Day weekend. First stop, Holy Hound Taproom. What don't I love about his place? ❤️Cool, old school bar with worn wood floors, tons of character, plenty of tall tables and good food. Our bartender, Ray, was crushing the cocktails I ordered, and the pork tacos were so good we ordered a second round, lol! Definitely make this a stop on your York bar tour. ?????“
“It's been a good while, and I miss Rita's !! Swedish Fish Galeto with Vanilla Custard and Sprinkles, is my ultimate Fave ..yummyThe strawberry cheesecake concrete is delish too ! Go give them a try before their closed for the season.“
“I was having a stressful week and really needed a sweet treat. This dessert truck really made my day. The woman working was very nice and had an upbeat attitude. It's about 20 minutes from where I live, but so worth the drive. I'm taking my boyfriend and his kids so they can enjoy as well.“

“Honest review... It was our first time trying Fig & Barrel tonight. Hostess station and kitchen are slow. Hostesses are indifferent & unfriendly. If you're looking to get in & out, find a fast casual dining spot instead. This place has a small kitchen that doesn't deliver fast service, and that's fine if you're not in a hurry. Everything we drank & ate was great. Cocktails were amazingly thoughtful, priced right, and tasted great. Food was fabulous, no complaints. The gumbo is to die for. The table next to us walked out after their 3 course meal was delivered all at the same time, after our meals were delivered (they were seated when we arrived), so I can't exactly blame them for their frustration. The place is small & loud, but so are most restaurants in downtown York. If you're looking for good food, you aren't in a hurry, and you like good libations, I highly recommend. Our service was great, and we had the same waitress as the table that walked out.....“

“A long time favorite for many locals for a very long time! Great, FRESHLY baked (on site) soft pretzels. In addition to the "standard" pretzel shape, Smittie's offers large pretzel "sticks" and bite-sized as well. (Also miscellaneous items like soda/ non alcoholic drinks). The location is a renovated, roadside type stand, (look for the white "lighthouse" on top) and has very friendly staff. Smittie's is well worth the time to stop in and enjoy a local, traditional treat.Smittie's is in the northern, rolling hills of York County, PA. The road (PA Route 74, just north of Dover, PA) is often used by area residents in the Autumn for good fall foliage viewing. The nearby Gifford Pinchot State Park is worth visiting for pretty views any time of year!NOTE: Parking is a bit tricky at times (just depends on random timing, space for a few cars) and is just off a well paved roadway (PA Route 74), northbound side. (The road is not divided, so you can access the parking lot from southbound or northbound).“
