The ice cream was undeniably excellent, but the menu and ordering process were a bit confusing. It took a while to figure out the options, and I wished for a more straightforward menu layout.What disappointed me most was the lack of indoor seating. Enjoying ice cream can be a messy affair, and the absence of indoor seating meant there was no convenient place to clean up sticky hands, which was a bit inconvenient.Still, it’s worth a visit for the delicious ice cream.
I’ve always been a loyal customer to Doylestown Rita's. The new building is amazing and the workers have been so pleasant each time I visited! They go above and beyond to please their customers- I was craving a specific flavor, so I asked about it and a couple days later they went out of their way to make it!Thanks so much again!!!P.s. The drive thru is such a lovely plus!Simply the BEST Rita's I’ve ever visited :) highly recommend!

Overall I was thrilled with my service and sad to see this place closing for the season. I look forward to next season. Sorry I had to edit it it didn't start with an A.
