“We come here very often And the young girls that work here are always super friendly and nice. Whoever does the hiring did a wonderful job I have two readers that are closer to my home, but I choose to drive the extra 10 minutes just to go to the Rita’s in Furlong! For some reason, the flavors are just so much better here also!“

Whether it's a small or large, it's always served packed well over top of the cup so you actually get more in your serving than you would think you were getting. There is only one problem which prevents this place from getting a five star. When you pay with a card, the electronic kiosk does not give you an option for no tip. 18% 20% 25% 40%, if you don't want to tip, you have to go to a completely different screen, and then just choose to pay the amount that your order has cost you. It's very confusing and I feel very presumptuous on Rita's part because, if I was sitting at a table and server came over, took my order and then brought my order to me at the table, then I believe a tip would be in order. When I have to get out of my car walk up to the front counter, waiting in line and then place my order. I don't feel that a tip is necessary. But they make it difficult for you not to tip and for that, you lose a star.“

“I had a great experience at Rita's today. Blake was the young man at the counter and there was another girl working too. The line moved quicker than I expected. I got blueberry and my daughter got cotton candy. Nothing is better at end of the summer than some delicious water ice : ) note that the picture was taken after I finished my blueberry water ice.“
