I wanted to speak up as a loyal customer. The environment felt really negative. The micromanagement, the way people were being talked to and the overall vibe made the place feel grey/stressful I was just trying to grab food &drink but honestly made me feel bad being there. I'm from a background where problems are behind closed doors so if I'm saying something it's because it really stood out. It looked like management was creating a lot of pressure and it was not a good look....read full review
I love the friendliness of the Pennsylvania stores more than in New Jersey. Quick in amd out service with a smile
I was charging my car at this Wawa and was really surprised to see a young man with a bicycle asking people for money without hesitation. He was a white guy with a group of other bikers. I’ve seen this location used as a hangout spot for local teenagers, but I was very uncomfortable seeing people asking for money there.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience at this Wawa location.
