Listen, people are going to say what their favorite steak shop is, this one is close to my house, but I’d still travel to Dalessandro’s , but this place is pretty much just as, if not better than Dalessandro’s. It’s a pricey sandwich, and I think it comes out to the same amount of 2 Dalessandro’s sandwiches, so there’s that statistical difference.
My pictures are from my sandwich today, 9-21-2025, lunch.
I ate half, split with my wife, and hulled out the other, then filled a Pyrex 7 cup bowl as seen in the picture, and that’s a lot! I have to say the this place edges out Dalessandro’s because you can sit down and eat at the tables or counter. Dalessandro’s used to have a space to eat inside, but since COVID, have not reopened it which is a shame. I have not had a pizza from this place , but I will.“

“The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! “I was having a sushi craving… and thought we would give Sushi Ocean a try. And it was so good!! We did take out, but went in to pick it up, it looked quaint and clean. Our food wasn’t quite ready, so the gal asked if we were waiting in our car and she would bring out to the car. Definitely a win for me as well as my kids. Will be going back again. My family and I walked in not really knowing what’s going on and one of the amazing team members walked over and helped us by explaining everything that was on the menu. Forgive me but for the life of me I can’t remember the young man’s name(I wanna say it was Mike) everyone on the team was very helpful and willing to explain everything going on. I’m not from the area. It I will be making the trip back up to eat at this restaurant again!“

I am a fussy Italian cook, and I will say that the Pappardelle Bolognese was the best I ever had!!! Menu is extensive and can't wait to go back! I do think it’s silly they don’t take cash tips, they should have a little tip container i paid for my order cash and couldn’t leave a tip.

“Walked here from the hotel I was staying at for dinner on Monday and it was tasty. Good value for the price. The only qualm was it felt the pizza wasn’t cooked enough to hold up with the toppings on it. Having said that I put too much on but my colleague had a composed pizza from their list and they said the same thing.
