“I was traveling from out of state (Tennessee) and stopped at this Chick-fil-A, and I can honestly say this is the best location I’ve ever been to.

The customer service was absolutely on point—every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. For what some might consider a “fast food” restaurant, this was genuinely an exceptional experience with top-tier hospitality.

I also want to specifically recognize Christa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves—it didn’t feel forced at all. Even as someone in a higher position, she went above and beyond, which really stood out to me. In my opinion, she deserves a raise—but of course, that’s up to Chick-fil-A.

We actually hold our book club here, and it’s become one of our favorite places to gather. The space is comfortable, the food and drinks are always on point, and the owner is so kind and welcoming which makes such a difference.

Food is amazing I love their Sriracha tahini sauce, I wish they had it all year round.
I do think it’s silly they don’t take cash tips, they should have a little tip container i paid for my order cash and couldn’t leave a tip.

“A lowkey spot but great food and very clean. We so happened to stumble upon it and we were genuinely pleased from the 1st bite. We over heard someone picking up take out say that it was the best sushi he’s had and it was true. The price was great too. One plate of fried rice was enough to satisfy 2 people and then had about 18 pieces of sushi in total. Once finished, it didn’t make you feel sluggish and gross after eating. Great to see an owner who truly cares about their craft and customers. We’ll be back!“

My family and I walked in not really knowing what’s going on and one of the amazing team members walked over and helped us by explaining everything that was on the menu. Forgive me but for the life of me I can’t remember the young man’s name(I wanna say it was Mike) everyone on the team was very helpful and willing to explain everything going on. I’m not from the area. It I will be making the trip back up to eat at this restaurant again!“

“This was my first dining experience at Piccolo and will not be the last! Staff - hostess, bar tender, and Manager were all very friendly and attentive. I am a fussy Italian cook, and I will say that the Pappardelle Bolognese was the best I ever had!!! Menu is extensive and can't wait to go back! “Giving this CAVA 5 stars because the food was absolutely delicious. They gave the perfect amount of food and the perfect meat-to-everything ratio. Every bite had everything I ordered in it, so nothing felt uneven or missing. Usually with chipotle bowls, you get tired of it halfway through, but this was so good the entire time.

“I love CAVA! This location is great because there’s no hustle and bustle for the lunch hour. I went to get a bowl because marketing works on me and my reward points are about to expire. I was greeted with a big smile by Theresa. She was so kind to listen to my Generation Y banter and make my seasonal white sweet potato bowl. I especially appreciated Theresa’s custom recipe and guidance, something out of my norm Harissa Chicken Avocado bowl.

I thoroughly enjoyed the white sweet potato and lamb combo with the fig dressing, definitely a banger. Another favorite would be the cucumber lime juice. Kudos to CAVA, looks like the fountain drink options have expanded, I’m a fan. I kept it simple with the meal, but I had to rave about Theresa, affectionately now my Mother Theresa with the amethyst crescent moon pendant. Stay pleasant!“

Not only did she give us 2 booths to use, she also helped decorate them and took care of the birthday cake we brought. “Great craft beer menu. We ordered a few appetizers: plain nachos (large plate; very cheesy & delicious), margarita pizza and fried pickles (both were very good). Bartenders were very attentive. It’s a converted bank so you can still see the vault which is a cool feature. Highly recommend.“
