The staff were nice at the window.The drive thru line was long, but it went faster than outside.Overall, I was happy with the visit, I believe this was the first day open, so it might take a few days to get everything worked out.“

“Though the food and service is good, there is a device somewhere that is ringing constantly much like the malfunctioning of a hearing aid. So loud and incessantly ringing that I'm left with a headache. After asking its apparently a regular occurrence. Having this problem fixed would vastly improve my experience.Edit: Problem has not reoccured. Service remains good and food is quality.“
“Great experience! Food exceeded what we expected for a "taste freeze". Hot dog sauce gets a 12 out of 10....one of best I have ever had. Very reasonable priced and "normal" soft drinks are free refills. Very yummy blueberry milkshake... outdoor seating available and plenty of room to park.“
“This was my first time stopping in at Sarah’s Soft Serve & Food, and it definitely will not be my last time. I was riding through Reynoldsville on my motorcycle and decided to give Sarah’s a try.I ordered a simple Carmel Sundae. It was perfect! The ice cream was creamy and packed with vanilla flavor. The Carmel sauce was everything Carmel sauce should taste like - rich flavorful caramel. And then the whip cream and cherry on top were the perfect touches to a perfect Sundae.The staff is friendly.The outdoor sitting area is comfortable and shaded.The parking is plentiful.Oh, did I mention how good the ice cream is?I will definitely be back!“
“Tye food was good but the hamburger patty that I got was thinner than a piece of paper. For the price I paid for 2 meals I expected it to be a lil bit meatier!It tasted delicious!!!! I get it things are more expensive and prices go up. But when your 15 year old son offered up part of his huge burger so I wasn't eating just bread I think you may need to rethink things.“
