The wait time was longer due to limited staff but I realize it was just a hit and miss. The ice cream was still great.Dietary restrictions: There are still ways to enjoy ice cream even for type two diabetics. I'm glad I know this.“
“This place feels like Aladdin's' Cave the minute you walk in the door. The owners filled the building of the former Schoenfeld's department store with their own antiques and collectables while keeping the inside of the store intact. Unfortunably, lunch is not available any more, but there is a coffee bar with baked goods and an ice cream parlor featuring many delicious flavors. The prices for the items on sale are extremely reasonable. It's easy to see that running this place is a labor of love for the owners and not just a way to make a fast buck. Will definitely return!“
“This was a serendipitous find -- we were driving from DC area up to Erie, and kept saying 'we will stop in a minute', but the minutes became an hour AND we were out of fast food. I was getting super HUNGRY. “This is my go to ice cream place for sure! They have so many choices to choose from. One of my favorites is probably the (Philadelphia water ice) it is has i think 6 flavors or more, and the texture is so unique. An other thing I really like is the upside down banana split. The portion size for it is amazing, one person could not eat all of it at one time that's how huge it is, but over all I would definitely recommend this place!“
