“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dairy Queen! The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for, and the atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and enjoyable. The service, however, was truly the highlight of my visit, especially because of Nathan and Nola. They were unbelievably friendly, helpful, hardworking, and attentive, and honestly went so far above and beyond that I’m not sure Dairy Queen has ever seen customer service this good. Nathan and Nola deserve a raise, a trophy, their own holiday, and probably their faces on the Dairy Queen menu because they were THAT amazing. They somehow turned a simple trip to Dairy Queen into a five-star experience, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them.
