My husband and I made a reservation for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted and immediately sat. Our waitress came over to take our drink order and deliver us a warm roll. They offer specials and an extensive menu. Most entrées come with a side of pasta or potato of the day and vegetable. My husband ordered the chicken Parm with a side of pasta. Outstanding meal. The presentation of the salmon was magnificent. And It was cooked just perfectly. It was on a bed of spinach and white beans, with sun-dried tomatoes, and large whole garlic cloves…. that’s how I like garlic! There was a balsamic dressing and the flavors just popped. Absolutely delicious.
