“The folks and drinks at Silverback are some of the best you will ever encounter. The Blackback Bourbon is by far the best spirit I have ever had. I try to buy multiple bottles whenever I come in because it sells out so often. If you're going in for a drink, make sure you order one of the Smoked Cocktails.“

“How am I just discovering this place now? Had food delivered last night (and then again tonight) and it was FANTASTIC. I don’t say that lightly! The Korean Bulgogi beef tacos are amazing, the sweet burbon bacon burger is incredible along with the sweet plantains and the sticky boneless wings!! So glad we found this place! Keep the great food coming!!“

“We had a wonderful cheerful server named Kaitlyn. All the food was delicious. Enjoyed the Coconut Mojito only need to go light on the excess ice. Overall it was a very nice dining experience. “If I had to choose a last meal on earth it would be from here. So what if you have to sit by the side of 209 - look the other direction. This food is love. My favorite is the brisket with greens and sweet potato fries. The portions are so big there's seconds and thirds. And it's so damn good every time.“

**Bovino's Pizzeria & Brewery is an absolute gem!** The strombolis are a culinary masterpiece, packed with a delightful mix of mushrooms, onions, green peppers, sausage, pepperoni, and gooey mozzarella cheese. Each bite is a perfect blend of savory flavors and textures that will leave you craving more.
The pizzas are equally impressive. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. The cheese is melted to perfection, creating a gooey, stretchy delight with every bite. The sauce is rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of tanginess to complement the toppings. Whether you go for a classic cheese pizza or one of their specialty options like the Meat Lovers or Margherita, you won't be disappointed.
Even though the printer broke and we had to wait a bit longer, it was no biggie because they generously gave us 2 free slices of pizza. The server was amazing, attentive, and friendly, definitely deserving of a raise. This place truly rocks!“

“Terrible service. Poor manners, no training staff except for the cook. I would not recommend to eat here. We just arrive, we didnt able to sit yet and look at the menu, the chubby lady was already asking for the appetizer and drinks. My 2 year old son french fries was not even finish yet but she took the plate without asking. The food choices are just few, more buffet out there are way better than this restaurant.“

“The cashier was incredibly helpful and patient as miles of customers are angrily storming at him. He was almost a conductor of an orchestra that held everything together. That man has the patience of a saint and the navigation of a sailor expecially on the weekend mornings. You guys are very lucky to have him. I am a door dash driver so I am there almost every day and he is by far one of the best chaos defusers I have ever seen. Literally one of the best most popular places in Stroudsburg and I've seen it get crazy in there bc the food is delicious and the prices are good. 100 percent would recommend to anyone!“

“I was in town visiting friends and decided to stop in and try Sue's. The food was fantastic and service was extremely friendly and fast. We tried the red curry and the Thai fried rice. I highly recommend trying both.“
