“I went to this diner with 9 of my friends. We had reserved a table which was set up for us when we arrived. Orders were taken for our drinks immediately and after looking at the menu (which is extensive) we ordered. Our server was phenomenal!! The food came quickly and was a combination of breakfast and lunch orders. No mixed up orders and hot food. Our drinks were refilled without asking. I ordered sausage gravy and biscuits which was delicious. Everyone complimented the chef. The orders were huge and most left with boxes. If you are looking for a really good place to eat that is very reasonable definitely go to this diner.“

“I am a regular for dining in, and always am pleased. I wanted to give extra props to our catering order we received last Saturday. Everything was fantastic and the staff was so accommodating, even bringing the food out to the trunk of my car. Love this place and recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried yet!“

“Haven’t been in Mike’s in quite some time needless to say, my husband and I were blown away by how delicious our meal was. My husband got the lobster ravioli in vodka sauce and the sauce was amazing. I got the eggplant parmesean and it was so good. My Caesar salad was made with homemade dressing and was outstanding. We got the chocolate dipped cannoli for dessert and they were well worth the price! Melissa was also our server and she was funny and sweet. We will definitely be back to mikes very soon for dinner!“

“I wanted to add a review after reading some of the negative reviews. This was my first time ordering, and you guys nailed it! The food has a great flavor, was super hot when we arrived back home and they packaged everything nicely! The price was competitive and the portions are large. “Had a fantastic meal. With how crowded they were I expected a longer wait but my meal came out fast and correct. Marilyn our server was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. Came back to check on how meal was going and if everything was ok or if we needed more drinks. I’d recommend reservations and ask for Marilyn’s table! Definitely will return.“

“Found this restaurant on line and it definitely lives up to the reviews I read. The food was delicious, the owner spoke with us and we asked for any recommendations of food choice and she advised us well. From our main course to dessert the food was delicious, all homemade. “Been eating here for a couple years now at least. HANDS DOWN BEST OXTAILS WITHIN 90 miles! I eat everywhere- Scranton, Wilkes-barre, Stroudsburg, Allentown, NONE COME EVEN CLOSE. I stay in Scranton area and take the 40 min drive for these $35 oxtails RELIGIOUSLY. And they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Portions are great. Food taste amazing. This place is truly a hidden gem 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. Blessings!“

“Went in for a cheesesteak with peppers and onions. They were able to make it a wrap for me. It was cooked perfect. It wasn't super greasy, which I do not like. The peppers were banana peppers and I gotta say it was really good with them. They were very accommodating with my order. Will be back.“

“We stayed at the Chateau during a winter storm. It was pretty bad out, so we decided to eat at Mountainview. I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was busy. The bartender was also the only waitress. Although she was extremely busy, she was also extremely proficient. Our cups never went empty. We did have to wait longer than expected for our food, but given the circumstances, we understood. Our food was actually very tasty with a nice presentation! I will visit again!“

“I wanted to review on Google because the rating is unfairly low. We went to Log Cabin during our stay at Camelback and it was fantastic. I didn't realize they were just about to close but they sat us and were very attentive. Tabitha was an amazing server and deserves the highest tips. Do not sleep on the crab cake sliders, they are to die for. Everything we had was great and all the staff were extremely friendly and fun. My only issue is we don't live closer!“
