My 86 year old grandmother has been asking us to take her to Ashley's Signature Restaurant for their Wednesday Prime Rib Night. Tonight we made that happen ♥️ We had three prime rib dinners served with mashed potatoes and crisp, steamed green beans. The meat was tender and flavorful with the outside crust spiced to perfection!
