The orders were messed up, not the proper sauce. When we placed the order it said it would be done by a certain time but was 10 minutes longer. And to top it off there were only 3 tables being served inside. A bit disappointing, we've never had problems
Ordered bogo (buy one, get one free) wings tonight & went to pick it up. I live 7 miles away. Picked it up, brought it home, and they shorted me the bogo wings. Disappointed to say the least. Called them up, and Mgr. said "sorry, come on back." Another 14 mile (r/t) later, they made good on this. FOOD IS GREAT, BUT..., NOT GREAT QUALITY CONTROL IN PACKAGING THE ORDERS.
