This last time we were having a celebration of Life and when I picked up it was pouring rain and he came out to load me! “Tim just catered our wedding of 130 and it was absolutely amazing. The entire crew was at the wedding location early in the morning to set up the smoker. The food was so incredibly fresh and delicious. The bourbon chicken is certainly a stand out, my lord!!! Tim and his staff were incredibly professional. Tim was in constant communication to ensure we had everything covered - it was much appreciated on such a hectic day. I highly recommend you use Tim to cater your wedding or party, and to also check out his food truck. Thank you so much Tim and team!“
