Chick-fil-A offers good food and service, with quick lines and polite staff. The restaurant is often busy, so customers should expect to make additional time for their visit. However, it is relatively quick even during peak hours due to excellent service. JoAnne and Alonah, among other staff members, provide wonderful customer service, remaining friendly and calm even when the restaurant is packed. The restrooms may be a letdown, but the restaurant is kid-friendly, featuring an indoor play area, an accessible kids menu, and toys or books with meals. Although not the best Chick-fil-A, the flavor of the food, including Waffle fries and Polynesian sauce, and great service make it a preferred choice over other fast-food restaurants like Popeyes. Some customers also wish for a remodel with more drive-thru lanes to better accommodate the busy traffic.
