I appreciate the employees dedication even when the line is out of the parking lot they always get my order correct. One of our regular breakfast spots.“

“I went through the drive thru. And it went quick. My food was hot and delicious. I even went back the following morning because I enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese wake up! Highly recommend! Their coffee is amazing too, just wish they had dairy based creamer and not just the syrup shots.“

“This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. When my drink finally came out it was an iced coffee. I do not drink iced coffee but I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to fix their mistake. I ended up throwing that drink away. I had told Lori about my experience and I told her that I cannot go without her working! Which only leaves me 2 days in the week to go to Dunkin. #TeamLori“

“Whoever the mgr is you should be ashamed. I was at the Mount Joy location this past week and they were out of coffee filters. Those poor girls were overwhelmed with how to handle it. I heard the one worker tell another that she called the mgr and she had no plans of coming in. While I was there a customer came in yelling at the girls because of how long he had been waiting and wanted his money back. They had app orders lying there that they couldn’t fill because they couldn’t make any coffee. Their afternoon was only going to get worse. Again, shame on the mgr for not coming to their rescue!!!“

“Was rushing around with my 4 children trying to get breakfast before a full day at Hershey Park. The worker here named Megan was very kind to my crazy kids and also fixed our online order that we had messed up beforehand. Donuts and coffee were also tasty and fresh. :-)“
