Burger Restaurants near Ellwood City

“I ate here 3 times this past summer with friend's. The owner is a wonderful friendly & very welcoming man.
The chili ?️ sauce, hotdogs and fries are perfectly delicious! I recommend when you want a little more than just a plain old hotdog!
I I grew up in Butler, Pennsylvania, PA. Where we had our own very special hotdog shop. The chili sauce here is a little different, but just as delicious in every way! ?.“

“It's been years since I've eaten Burger King.
On the way home I decided to have BK.
I originally went in with their 2 for $5 BK Jr burgers. While inline I saw their patty melt. Looked good, I figured why not. Placed the order to go. After thinking about it, I didn't think it would be a good road sandwich. I picked up the to-go bag, glanced at the time. I decided to sit down & eat. It was a very good sandwich. The fries were nice & hot. Not having BK in such a long time, I thought their fries were also pretty good. The employees were friendly. I over heard a few customers & employees say good bye to each other using their names.
I think in today's hurry hurry world, it's nice to know the employees know their customers by name.

Parking: Large around the restaurant parking lot.“

“The entire place was very clean even the rest room, the staff was so friendly and efficient. The food was fast , fresh and very tasty. I will definitely return to this restaurant on my next vacation.“

“Traci was a fantastic server. We never had empty drinks and she checked back just often enough that we didn't feel like she was interrupting our meal but enough that we felt very well taken care of.
The manager, Chris (Breezy), did have to correct our check due to some overlapping specials that got all of us confused. Long story short, they have all their burgers on special on Tuesday (the day we were there) and just a couple for a meal deal special. I ordered the meal special but my husband and MIL ordered one of the burgers from the Tuesday special, and the computer entered it all wrong. It took a hot minute to figure out and Chris was so awesome about it. He said he was glad I pointed it out to him so they knew they were going to have to fix that issue for the rest of the day. He took off a little more than we would have saved with the specials, and was just super nice about everything.
We definitely will be stopping in again !“

“From when you place your order to when you get your food, is excellent! The atmosphere is comfortable & welcoming, tvs to watch. Unfortunately there's one server who has an attitude, everyone who goes there will know which one it is. We always tip well, if she doesn't like her job, get a different one!“

“My sister and I stopped for lunch. We had the best service from Realyn, she wasn’t only a great bartender but awesome with food recommendations. We tried three appetizers which were all amazing and took jumbo wings and pizza home which were just as delish. Great food and environment.“

“Been going here 20+ years. Never actually had a bad experience, if I dine-in I’ll wait longer as drive-thru is always top priority. A few times order was wrong, they may have forgotten 1 item but my partner would call and speak to the manager who always replaced it. Food and environment, including the bathrooms have always been clean. I miss the way whoppers used to taste, you can tell corporate has downgraded the meat quality, isn’t the same so unfortunately I’ve stopped going to Burger King.“

“I ordered last night at 10:30pm. The kid that took my order was so pleasant, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said he was new, but he was wonderful to talk to! I haven’t heard manners like that for a while. I know everyone is busy and understaffed. This person took the time with my order and could not have been any nicer. Great job!!!! Thank you. “We stopped here today at 11am for nuggets and fries for the kids on our way thru the area. We were advised to pull up to a drive Thur reserved spot to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting I went inside. I believe the lady I spoke to was a manager possibly a supervisor, I wish I got her name because she was awesome. I was not happy, she asked if I was uber pickup and I replied no, actually I ordered about 20 minutes and we've been sitting outside waiting. She looked at my receipt and immediately got to work making it correct. I could hear her say that's where those nuggets and fries were supposed to go, someone made a comment and she replied to someone's stomach! She gave use some cookies and pie for the kids having to wait and apologized for the wait (several times) :-) I left happy and the kids loved the special treat they got for their wait! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will definitely stop the next time we are in town!“
