“It's been years since I've eaten Burger King.
On the way home I decided to have BK.
I originally went in with their 2 for $5 BK Jr burgers. While inline I saw their patty melt. Looked good, I figured why not. Placed the order to go. After thinking about it, I didn't think it would be a good road sandwich. I picked up the to-go bag, glanced at the time. I decided to sit down & eat. It was a very good sandwich. The fries were nice & hot. Not having BK in such a long time, I thought their fries were also pretty good. The employees were friendly. I over heard a few customers & employees say good bye to each other using their names.
I think in today's hurry hurry world, it's nice to know the employees know their customers by name.

“The entire place was very clean even the rest room, the staff was so friendly and efficient. The food was fast , fresh and very tasty. I will definitely return to this restaurant on my next vacation.“

“Traci was a fantastic server. We never had empty drinks and she checked back just often enough that we didn't feel like she was interrupting our meal but enough that we felt very well taken care of.
The manager, Chris (Breezy), did have to correct our check due to some overlapping specials that got all of us confused. Long story short, they have all their burgers on special on Tuesday (the day we were there) and just a couple for a meal deal special. I ordered the meal special but my husband and MIL ordered one of the burgers from the Tuesday special, and the computer entered it all wrong. It took a hot minute to figure out and Chris was so awesome about it. He said he was glad I pointed it out to him so they knew they were going to have to fix that issue for the rest of the day. He took off a little more than we would have saved with the specials, and was just super nice about everything.
We definitely will be stopping in again !“

“This is one of my favorite family owned restaurant. The staff is so welcoming. The owner is the sweetest person. Their food is amazing. I love their gyro meat. My go to is the gyro omelet for breakfast. I definitely recommend everyone tries this restaurant at least once. You will not be disappointed!“

“I just had the best experience at the Burger King in New Castle, Pennsylvania! The food was incredibly fresh and hot, exactly what you hope for from a flame-grilled burger. My Whopper was perfectly made, and the fries were golden and crispy.
The service was speedy and friendly, which always makes a fast-food stop even better. It's clear they take pride in what they do here. Definitely a top-notch Burger King location!“

“I ordered last night at 10:30pm. The kid that took my order was so pleasant, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said he was new, but he was wonderful to talk to! “We stopped here today at 11am for nuggets and fries for the kids on our way thru the area. We were advised to pull up to a drive Thur reserved spot to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting I went inside. I believe the lady I spoke to was a manager possibly a supervisor, I wish I got her name because she was awesome. I was not happy, she asked if I was uber pickup and I replied no, actually I ordered about 20 minutes and we've been sitting outside waiting. She looked at my receipt and immediately got to work making it correct. I could hear her say that's where those nuggets and fries were supposed to go, someone made a comment and she replied to someone's stomach! She gave use some cookies and pie for the kids having to wait and apologized for the wait (several times) :-) I left happy and the kids loved the special treat they got for their wait! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will definitely stop the next time we are in town!“
