I just ate a spicy chicken sandwich. I've never been there before. When the cashier took my order, he was friendly and funny. The young man in the kitchen finished making my sandwich. In idk 30 seconds. It was HOT fresh and delicious.
Food was cold and expensive, as expected at a service plaza. Staff were not happy and it showed. Service was quick. Selections were limited. Toppings bar was a sad mess. Condiments were lacking.

The 2 kiosks to order take credit/debit card only, no cash. One of the kiosks was out of order. The order options on the kiosks did not match up to what was on the overhead menu screens.The fried chicken was gummy, not crispy. The honey mustard was nothing special. I didn't finish my meal.
