“My father and I were desperate for food Christmas Eve and we couldn’t find any place still open. We called the Subway in Elverson PA to ask if they’d be open and the individual who answered said that even though we wouldn’t get there until a few minutes after they closed, he would keep the shop open a few extra minutes for us. He also let us order ahead so it would be ready for when we got there. We showed up 5 minutes past close on Christmas Eve and he let us in and had all of our food ready to go. We were able to pay and head out in less than five minutes. His name was Harry and he was AWESOME. So, not only was that an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service, but the food was also great. Thank you Harry!“

“Primos can be great AND if you grew up eating from the first Primos in South Philly then you already know how great their hoagies should be. Enter the franchises… where they hire high schoolers who could care less about their job, don’t bother reading orders correctly or weighing the meats and cheeses. Also, these are privileged kids who don’t think they should have to work let alone take pride in working for the Primo name. I’m loyal to any corporate run Primos but not privately owned franchises. There’s a big difference.“

“New management really cares about the quality and freshness of the food and it shows. Everything always looks appetizing and they make sandwiches with plenty of toppings, never sloppy. Employees are friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to use this location!“

“This subway was awesome! Bigger than others I've been in and the lady working was very friendly and funny. Nice quiet atmosphere to sit and eat and read in. Bathroom was clean as well though I had to use TP to dry hands as paper towels were empty. Will come back.“
