Italian Restaurants in Emporium

“This review is based on Covid-19 regulations and thus our food was take-out. Thus this review is on the food quality and service. I ordered a beef on weck sandwich and my husband ordered a hot roast beef sandwich that included choices of sides. His chosen sides were french fries and a garden salad. When we picked up the order, it was hot and ready to go. The food was well packaged in styrofoam containers and bagged. Everything in our order was delicious and prepared from quality lean cuts of meats. Though this was not our first time at Charlies, it was my first review. There are lots of great family owned restaurants in Emporium but don’t forget about this little gem for homestyle fresh cooked meals.“

“Stopped in for a bite, had the garlic butter wings and I'll tell u what, that's how they should be made. Not drenched on sauce making them mushy, but crispy outside, juicy inside. Excellent all around garlic butter flavor. Will try their pizza next time. It's my goto stop every time I'm in Emporium to soak up the railroad history. Wait staff courteous and polite. Definitely coming back“
