“Overall, great experience. Hang up was the only slice pizza available is cheese. Then the portion of chips with a sub was much smaller than it used to be. It's just enough that you could eat a few more; whereas you used to get a heap and have leftover chips.“
“overall my experience was good. poor gentleman was there all by himself and was busy. but he kept his composure and moved efficiently. very friendly as well. 2/22/24no fault to his, maybe menu and website change or availability. i ordered garlic bread on their website it shows as garlic breadsticks. but what i picked up my ordered it was literally just a whole piece of bread just garlic. not breadsticks. oreo cheesecake was mediocre. but the pizza is absolutely amazing. literally made to perfection. nice flavor cheesy and saucy.“
“An Italian food store selling g a nice selection of ingredients, Sanso's appeared to be a clean cafeteria with a small seating area and deli counter selling hot food. The service counter was friendly and helpful, and he even brought the food out to where I was sitting when it was ready. Shrinkflation brought the sadness, though, as my meatball sub, while tasty, was lacking in meatballs, and was mostly bread. Luckily, I got a slice to go, so I got some pepperoni to ease the pain, but the sub could have fit 2 more meatballs without falling out of the bread.“
“First time eating here today, and glad we tried it. Met one of the owners while we were waiting for our take out order. Lovely gentleman! Gave us a loaf of bread to take home with our order. LOVED the food! (My husband is extremely picky and if you can make him happy it's definitely good.) He loved the meat raviolis and stuffed shells! Hands down some of the best Italian food around. We will definitely be back!“
“I didn't have the pizza, but rather shopped at the Italian market. The staff was incredibly helpful in making decisions for purchases for a charcuterie. The store is like a miniature Stamooli's in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Definitely worth the stop!!“
