Two days ago I called to make sure they delivered to my address because we knew we’d want pizza at some point this weekend, I was told that they did. I call today to order and am told they do not deliver to my address and to call the location on peninsula drive. My complaint:
While I was placing the order online The page froze on the final page where it confirms. So I called the store to ask if my order came through. First they said Yes, then passed off to a manager who said that the order didn’t come through And then asked to make sure of this, he said yes, and that it will only be $10 because of a coupon (online the Pizza was $17) And that it would be 20 minutes (online it said 11 minutes).

they have made it too difficult to order. We always click pay on delivery or pay at store. We don't have credit cards. Now to order they force you to use a credit card for their contactless delivery. Ok fair enough, we switched it to pick up and hubby would go get it. Nope. Orders greater than a dollar require payment with credit card. Shove it. We'll go elsewhere.
