I went in for medium black coffee. 25 minutes. One family in front of me with toddlers standing on the counter where food is served, and nasty girl at the counter. The family ahead of me ordered a ton of food. I was waiting and waiting, finally I went back to the register where the cashier was literally just standing there. Literally the only Dunkin to ever serve a refresher ordered with less ice like this where the volume of the cup is clearly not full. 🤣 honestly just silly and greedy for such a wealthy corporation.
I was travelling through Erie, PA, on my way home on a road trip. I stopped at Dunkin to try it for the first time, where I was greeted by Chloe and Davyd. When I shared with them that this was my first Dunkin experience, they authentically shared my level of excitement and provided utmost care and customer service by helping me craft a coffee to my preferences. They were personable and friendly. I will always remember their kindness!
