while I normally love this place, today was not their best day. we stop in on our 30 minute lunch, order and pay. 10 minutes later she hasn't even started making our sandwiches, as she is making drinks for everyone who has come in after us. I'm now 20 minutes into my lunch...with no lunch
Nice friendly staff, always greet you with a smile and a hello. Great service, always hot coffee and quality food. Relaxing atmosphere. WI-FI, indoor or outside seating. Nice place to kick back.
Absolutely disappointed in the place. stood at the counter while being ignored by all employees. finally got order placed. Coffee was cold. bagel sat on counter getting cold again while the employees ignored it. Had to ask them to please hand me my food before it's too cold. missed jelly on the order. another 10 mins waiting for it. The butter was completely frozen. No way to spread it at all...... Ended up paying for cold coffee and cold food that got thrown away!!! Told them...read full review
