“I have been a member of the sip club ever since they started. I really enjoy it and I was continuing to do it up until this month. On the 14th they took the sip club money out of my account like always. I went in on that day to go get a coffee and I was told I don't have the SEP club. Then I was told there's nothing they could do for me and I needed to call customer care which I did today and they told me that the money had not shown coming out of my account. I gave them everything. I showed them the account number. I showed them how much came out. I gave them the sip club reward number and they still are told me nothing came out. I was then told I would get one month free for my convenience. I tried to talk to a supervisor....I was then Hung up on. I have now discontinued going there and I will not be getting any more Sip club sign ups. Thank you for nothing. You lost me as a customer“
“I always buy their cheese broccoli soup for someone very special to me that has had problems and can’t have solid food right now and it is delicious. She enjoys it and I’ve always enjoyed it. Also, my mother loves their orange scones so I frequent there to pick those up for her! Great place to have a delicious breakfast or a really tasty lunch. I love their pick two.!! Always a friendly face when I visit there and something delicious to eat!!“
