Always missing something or is wrong on our takeout order. The food is good on the rare occasion when you get what you order and pay for. My wife said when she went in to pick up our order the person at the counter was coloring in a coloring book it was that slow and they still somehow forgot to include 1/3 of the Hot Ones Collab bundle. It's unfortunate because I really like Popeyes...just not the Erie location
It has really turned around. New management and hard working employees.
I ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken tenders with
Fries, and a Sprite for my daughter. We were charged for and received a 5 piece with no spice, mashed potatoes instead of the fries, and no ice in the Sprite. We asked for a BBQ sauce with this and received blackened ranch instead. I ordered a Golden BBQ sandwich, but it was so chewy I didn't eat it.
