Starbucks in Erie

“So I have been going to Starbucks for sometime. This location was always close to my work. Well I work closer to the 12th street location now but I prefer to still stop in at the plaza location. This location just knows how to make my coffee. I am always greeted with a smile and a “hello how are you?” from Boris. I will continue to stop here even though it is out of my way.“

“Wonderful service and staff! My drink came out quickly and was great! The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The bench and seats are pretty uncomfortable compared to other locations (the bench reminds me of Spirit Airlines...), but the staff is great and location is excellent!“

“This store was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The drinks all tasted excellent and the staff even made me an ice water for my dog that I was not able to add to my mobile order. The only problem with this store is that the parking was very difficult to get in and out of. It’s a very busy street that the Starbucks sits on!“

“3 stars for food, ordered the bad dragonfruit drink, delightful only issue was I asked for the ingredients and the staff member stared at me and said "Bones??"........
5 star for service, person helped me, I think his name was Rest Lessdraugr.
2 gold for atmosphere...... Very grim..... Was it necessary to hang the bone chimes outside the store???? (Picture of storefront and the bone chime I was talking about below) Like seriously!!! I could've sworn I saw a Mud Crab or whatever they're called in the bathroom unprofessional....
