“We were passing through Erie, and stopped here early on a Saturday morning. I got a matcha latte, and my husband got a medium roast coffee, and we both agreed that this Starbucks did the drinks really well. My latte was frothy in a delicious way, and the coffee wasn't burnt like other experiences. If we're passing through Erie again, we'd definitely come to this Starbucks again!“

“A nice and clean location, and my beverage was great, but when I walked in I was never greeted or even acknowledged which is a major part the company having been a former employee. I know that customer service is horribly lacking and generally disappearing in society, but I was hoping that a company that was adamant about a high quality customer experience would ensure that their customer service would still be good. Hopefully they can improve this at this specific location.“
