“While I dislike the setup of the drive thru and parking lot, they always get my order right and as quick as possible. Christina is consistently my favorite one here. No matter what she is always cheery, her customer service is outstanding, and she’s a great team player. After over a decade in the food & bev industry, she is the kind of employee I love to be taking care of me!“
“It is a great place within a great location. I have been there many times. Last time I was there was not the best time! My order was missed up every time it was made, it was a very simple one as well. On the first trial of getting my simple "white chocolate mocha" I got a dark hot chocolate, on the second time, I got milk with sugar! I didn't say anything after that as the person behind the counter was nice and probably was new! I tried to enjoy my stay with friends instead! Other than this time, everything is really good in that location, but hope they extend their operation hours as we are approaching summer time!“
“I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, so this was the other option. The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. After explaining to me how potent it was with caffeine, I politely declined- but told her I'd be back when it's the morning ?. She even gave me a sample of it. So creamy and smooth. It really is the customer service and friendliness that make the difference in the end! I'll be back for sure.“
