Taco Bell in Erie

“I ordered delivery, and whenever I do that, I expect the food to show up a little lukewarm, I understand delivery logistics can get messy. That's an unwritten price I pay for being lazy and not leaving the house.

The food I ordered showed up, in full, nothing missing, piping hot.

Whatever that crew did/is doing, keep it up. It's working.

No rating for atmosphere since I was not present in the restaurant.“

I received my food from the employee, which I didn’t get her name, I had a few bags And a box. Makaya Was walking by and as I was going to ask her for a bigger bag to put everything in, she grabbed the bag and opened it up for me before I could even finish asking her!
Keep her around at all cost! She could take the company to the next level!“

“They need to do better here. There's a reason the rating is below par. The generation gap is certainly giving a divide here as well. Service training appears needed especially since there's a travel center for truckers across the street. My food portiobs was unusually small comparable to the majority of TB's I've visited. The food was also cold whereas the beans nd potatoes I added are usually warm. They either don't carry pepper as most do or when I asked atda counter, the person refused to provide it. I dined in and at least 3 of the tables were in need of cleaning.“

“The staff has been told the customers must use the kiosk, even though one was down & multiple people were struggling with ordering what they wanted. A lady tried to force me over there (politely), but someone else stepped in and took my order at the corner. Made this location $60 more than the would have had they forced me to a touch screen while I’m looking at 4 staff members. Hope this management team reads this & allows people to make an order at the counter, like they should.“

“This location is always busy which is a good indicator that the food and staff are doing an excellent job. Tried the new salted caramel churros, awesome little dessert. LOL they were gone before I even thought to take a picture! The new mini taco salad, well its mini alright but a great option for a smaller meal or snack, great vegetarian option just remove the meat. As always the nachos fries are yum yum! 😋“

“First to Taco Bell I have been to in years that is really clean! The gentleman (Trevor according to my receipt) running the register was very friendly and professional. Food was exactly as I ordered including modifications! This is the way. Thanks, Peach Street Taco Bell!“

“From out of town. Please send your staff to Peoria Illinois and teach them how to cook and keep a restaurant clean! Very good. Right amount of toppings. Super quick even though they were busy. And clean restaurant. Ones by us back home cannot keep their restaurant clean and they close at 10pm dine in. This place open til 3am and still on point!“
