Call off, trainees and some that quit so as you can imagine already a rough day for these folks with anger customers, but the assistant manager, Mr. Latrice came in with calm and handled situation so well de-escalating quickly and professionally.“
“I had very good service at the drive thru in the evening. It's a very hard job to take orders, payments & etc, especially during busy hours. It's very disheartening to read some of these negative reviews. Try doing this job during peak periods w/limited staff and see how great your performance would be.“
