“I had never experienced this type of dining. All you can eat but you order in waves, cook the meats on the grill in the table, then order again when there's space. We were full after two rounds, and they were happy to give us as much more as we asked.
I would describe it as good not great, but definitely worth trying if you haven't before. They will help you cook and serve the meat. Just be patient as it's a bit of a learning curve first time in terms of ordering and eating.“

“This location is fantastic! The food is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's worth any wait that you may have to deal with during busy times. We went out last night and it was four adults and one child. Our dinner was reasonably priced for what we got. Our waiter, Gustavo, was so good! He had a great attitude and was very funny and pn top of things in terms of getting items needed, clearing and making space, refills, everything. He was excellent. Chris, the manager, was amazing. I can see why he's in that role. He had a great personality and easily interacted with everyone. He made sure the experience was a good one and even made our day with a little extra of the white balsamic dressing - that let me tell you is quite possibly my favorite dressing. Everything we've had here has been very good, but the spicy chicken bites are great. Nice flavor, sweet and a little bite to them. The steaks are really good - flavorful, not dry and not chewy. It's all so good. We can't wait to go back!“

“I'm glad I found this place! Omg it's the warmest atmosphere, nicest decor and the best staff to have for ANY business. It was VERY Welcoming. Now on to the food....I ordered Fried Chicken Wings, Collard Greens, Yams and a piece of cornbread. I'm going into detail cause it matters...so wings? FIRE! I asked for them to be fried hard and they were. Nicely seasoned and crispy. U can tell they clean their chicken well and the grease was still clean even at ordering 30 mins before close. The grease on the chicken did NOT taste like it was burnt or old . Yams were perfect. It tastes like how ALL Yams should. Sweet, soft, "syrupy" and not undercooked. No Yams should have a crunch. Greens were good as well! Perfectly seasoned yet again. Only thing I would change if any (and this is just for me) is to remove some of the greens water but again VERY tasty and I ordered almost at the close of business. Cornbread has excellent flavor. A little on the dry side for me but I would still order it because it has good flavor. If i took it home i would just add butter and BOOM! All and all...I WILL be coming back and trying some other dishes. I appreciate the warm welcome, service AND the FOOD. Oh and they have their own sauce! THAT was tasty as well...I would use that on my ribs or something next time. It's just not for my chicken. Food is even priced at the right price point to not feel overcharged. “We met Cass’ wife at Shady Maple today and she was handing out sample of their BBQ sauce on chicken. Oh. My. Lord! This sauce hit my mouth and I was immediately hit with this mixture of Carolina and Memphis style sauces, then a little bit of heat that was absolutely perfect! We spent some time talking to her about their recipe and where they’re from and after about 5 minutes had a bottle in the cart. I knew about 7 seconds into the sauce hitting myself tongue that I was going to buy it but I NEEDED to know more about the folks who created it. We can’t wait to start using it, as a condiment for dipping and of course smothered on some pork. We’ve definitely found a new favorite!“

“We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. It was by far the best meal of the weekend. The combination of 3 meats, cheese. lettuce, tomato and amazing BBQ sauce was mind blowing! Outdoor dining is top notch and I have to force myself to try different foods here because everything is so good. Very homey and comfort food with super fun drinks and an awesome selection.
