Pottstown pa area is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is always something wrong or something missing. The manager was very rude and hung up on me when I told her for years now we have been stopping there every week and there’s always something wrong I’ve gotten a double quarter pounder and large fries and only ordered a regular quarter pounder. This week I ordered pancakes and sausage and luckily we checked it before we drove off and it was only three pancakes...read full review
better management who's not so rude I had an experience there and instead of the manager actually doing his job he just threatened to call the cops instead of working with the customer it was very sad every experience I have had with this manager has been a bad one and quite frankly at this point I am really debating if I ever return to this location

Teach your staff to read the orders properly please. Tonight we ordered 3 burgers without onion and with extra pickle. Instead all 3 cane with LOADS of onion and no pickle. Unimpressed. By the time we were at home and realized the mistake we really didn’t feel like driving back to sort it out.
