So many tasty food options beyond the typical amusement park fried fare that we much preferred the comfort and ease of indoor buffet to the outside BBQ or the higher priced restaurants you see at most ski resorts. As crazy as it can be for a cafeteria or marketplace, the cooking staff actually seemed to care and take time and care in preparing the meals (e.g., quesadilla, grilled cheese, potato)! The only problem? Price... but of course, we are at a ski resort and it could be worse.

Get the Italian Panini! Soooo good! I suggest ranch and/or chipotle ranch, onions, and hot relish if you can dig that.
