We have not been there in a few years and the chicken is totally different and not crispy like the fish and shrimp. They did give us a few extra chickens bc they were so small. But a total bummer on the chicken!!! My last complaint the food was so greasy I felt like I need a shower after eating half a fish and a piece of shrimp.“

“The manager was amazing and fixed the order in a flash. The manager is an amazing manager and worth it having him there. I also need to add that the manager is amazing and super hard working and is involved with us the customer and in my opinion he needs to get his own McDonald's sorry but I never seen a manager work and make things that was not right that he made it right in a heartbeat. Good man thanks and I'll keep coming back to this McDonald's ?“

“Love Firehouse Subs. So glad we finally have one in Erie. They have such great food, take great care of thier store, always smells so great on there, and you will always get a warm welcome from the staff. Love looking at the local erie first responder pictures and firefighter equipment there. I bet the kids have so much fun with it acting like a firefighter. Its good to know my hunger is going to supporting our local firefighters and responders. Thank you for the food ❤️“

“I give credit where credit is due - the food here always delivers. When i want McDonald’s, I don’t expect something gourmet. Something quick, and good. I mix up what i get often and can say the food has always been good. Some of the staff is phenomenal. The other half just seems eh. Sometimes rude, or snappy. I eat here often and will continue.

Parking: Plenty of spots, just in awkward location.

“Lexy is amazing very fast and hard worker just me standing there and watching everyone with a smile giving her many compliments how fast she quickly she remembers everyone's orders I saw her make like 8 subs so fast . Will be coming to this subway more often because it's so clean .“

“After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were kind of reluctant to go there for dinner but we had 2 hungry little ones with us so we figured we would try it out. From the minute we walked and told us in to the minute we left, everything was amazing! Our server greeted us instantly and told us to sit wherever we wanted. We gave her our order, which was a lot, and she didn't even write it down and got everything right.. The food was so good, everything was cooked perfectly.. It looked like the server was the only person working but she was still very attentive to not only my family, also the other custIomers and families. I believe her name was Charise. That's what it said on our bill. Regardless, that woman deserves recognition for all the hard work I witnessed her doing.“
