“My brother and I just attended the Overnight Brisket Bootcamp and it was the best decision we made when it comes to smoking. Eric and his team do a phenomenal job and make the bootcamp fun. The store was open while we were there and I believe I went into it at least 4 different times and bought something. Best smokers, grills and seasonings and if we had room in the vehicle, I probably would have bought a nice smoker. “We were there on Saturday. The food was very good. I was going to order a salad and I asked for Thousand Island dressing and was told that they don't have that. I just can't imagine why a place like Longhorn don't have Thousand Island. So I didn't order the salad. Please think about putting Thousand Island back on the list of dressings. I would think Thousand Island would be a popular dressing.“
