“We have ordered pickle hoagie trays before for take out but never stopped in to see everything they had to offer. My daughter and I just stopped in for lunch. Staff was super friendly and we got a few different options to try! Everything was delicious. Philly Dilly, Taco pickle pizza, pickle lemonade and even the cotton candy pickle sample that was given to us to try! I was very uneasy about trying it because I am not very adventurous when it comes to food but it was actually very good. Highly recommend Giovanni's! We can't wait to heat up the pickle soup later to try 😁“

“Our office orders from here for lunch a lot. They never disappoint! I’ve tried everything from their hot & cold hoagies, club sandwiches, wraps, salads, and some of their appetizers. Everything is absolutely delicious & fresh every time.
So good that I even drive out of the way to get food from them even on our days off.

“Usually great hoagies. Haven’t had a primo in a few months. My wife and I were out shopping. Called and ordered 2 hoagies. Went to pick them up. Got home and there was no lettuce, tomato or onions. They asked about oil and vinegar and my wife said no dry please. Very disappointed after getting home. Will choose somewhere else next time we’re hungry for a hoagie.“

“I love your hoagies. They are the best. However, for the first time, my order was incorrect. I ordered a 9" hoagie and got a 6" hoagie. Also, my Italian hoagie did not contain the peppers I requested. I already settled up with Grubhub, but you should know someone is not doing his job correctly.“

“Had food delivered today by doordash. The cheesesteak was very good. It was hard to eat because the meat kept sliding out of the bread. Ordered a side of fries and a drink. You get alot of fries but no option to choose the drink you want they just send Pepsi. I'll order again if I'm in the area.“

“Visiting Newtown PA and I was craving a REAL Italian hoagie after moving to VA years ago. Can't get a good one out by us. Ordered the Italian Supreme, a turkey, and a crab cake sub. Finally! A place that makes a meat log Italian sub the way I like. They even had the sweet peppers I like. The crab cake sub was also great with a nice meaty crabcake that had a slightly sweet flavor. I understand the Newtown location is new and getting established. They made a minor mistake with our order and made it right above and beyond. I wish these folks great success so I can come back again. Serious good fresh ingredients and they really know how to make a great hoagie! Love these guys!“

“Hoagies are done within minutes and you pay for what you get. Great hoagies!! I see people here complaining about the prices and the amount of meats… that go elsewhere with your cheap bank accounts. Prices of meats have gone up and you’re in here complaining about”I only got 3 pieces of meat!” Stop complaining and enjoy there great sandwiches. If not drive down the road to 7-11 and get a soggy hoagie that’s been sitting ALL DAY!! Keep up the great work.“

“Primo is my family's #1 choice for superb, delicious hoagies- especially your Italian hoagie. The meats are fresh, the veggies are fresh, the rolls are always soft and the hoagie, itself, it is not assembled haphazardly. The potato salad is awesome- not overly-drenched in mayonnaise. “The sandwiches are good here. They did NOT honor their receipt policy if you do not receive a receipt at the time of purchase your Order FREE. I ordered two sandwiches and the total came to approximately $22 without a receipt. When I told the “manager” about it she told me she wasn’t going to give me the order for free. Even though the food is good, I’ll never go there again for anything ever, even if the food was free😔😔“

“Always great except when the younger staff is working, then there are constant issues. I order form here a few times a week and never run into any issues unless they are staffing the store. Today they made baseless accusations and were extremely rude. Unfortunate, given how great my experience has been when they are not working. I’ll probably explore other options moving forward. Sadly, it only takes one bad experience to never come back.“

“I got my cheesesteak with everything. I had a trunk picnic on Rockland Rd. The cheesesteak came on a Cuban roll that was toasted. This was a big fat sandwich for $8. It was real steak. It was more shredded/mangled/chopped than traditional cheesesteak chopped meat. It was very good. I am not 100% sure what ‘everything’ was but it added a lot of flavor. Cheese, the cheese was the weak link. I had to watch my video to see if it had cheese. More cheese and this is a top cheesesteak.“
“Excellent quality sandwiches and wraps, which are all made with the freshest of ingredients. The customer service is both fast and friendly. Most of the sandwiches and wraps are priced in the $5.00 -to- $8.00 dollar category. I'll be returning again and again. Highly recommended!!“
