Starbucks is a favorite spot for many due to its very polite and friendly staff who greet guests upon entry, a gesture not often seen at other locations. While one barista was overwhelmed, the overall service is fast and efficient. However, the store has reduced its hours due to understaffing issues. Despite this setback, customers appreciate the recent improvements in service quality.
