“I ordered my husband's birthday cake from Ann's Cake Pan and it was delicious. It was a chocolate cake with hazelnut filling and vanilla buttercream. Bill was extremely helpful with taking my order. I am making this my birthday cake stop for now on. I'm sad that I lived in Warrington for 6 years and didn't know this tasty establishment existed. I'm going to refer everyone here! Edit: I want to highlight the great customer service! I usually order a Cortado when I go to coffee shops and every time I come here the barista offers to make it for me although it’s not specifically on the menu. And every time, it is amazing, love it!!! The quality of the coffee is 10/10!!“

“Stopped by at a food truck event today. Amazing selection of sweet treats, very reasonably priced. The banana pudding is perfection (so excited to find banana pudding…it’s my favorite)! My son got the Cookie Monster cookie…that cookie was PACKED and absolutely delicious!“

“The lady is gorgeous number1 number 2 the cookies are amazing she was talking to me about the cookies and all I could do is stare straight into her beautiful eyes while she spoke barely hearing the flavors she was telling me. But any way yeah go get the best cookies n cupcakes in Olney 2nd and Champlost can't miss it use to be a dry cleaners back in the day“
