“Went to lunch here with my mom during an extremely busy lunch time on weekend and it was still such a great experience. The staff were all so pleasant even though they were running around like crazy. They took a bit to get my tea and I didnt even mind but yet they gave us free cookies at the end of our meal just as an apology, which they didn't even need to do, I understood fully they were just busy. We will absolutely be back!!! Wonderful customer service, worth every penny.“

I love there blizzards I always get the Oreo blizzard it is so good and I definitely recommend for ice cream lovers , and not to mention they have veteran discounts, my father is a veteran and it's so great that we get discounts and there blizzards arent that expensive 5 people and its only 20 dollars. “I got a monster cheesesteak and a mini meatball grinder. Cheesesteak was tasty. Meatball left a lot to be desired. I'm fairly sure they used frozen meatballs. I received great service while enjoying being able to sit in their dining room. do to issues it was closed for a while. they only had drive thru. my rings were hot and fresh! recommend this whopper.“

“Previously had a bad experience with a takeout order. The restaurant reached out and gave us a coupon to use for our next experience. We sat down in the restaurant today and it completely made up for last time. Anissa was so wonderfully kind and exceptional- she kept track of our dinner so we did not run over our limit, was happy to chat, and made sure our drinks were always full (and an extra lemon was happily given.)
The manager Jason P. made it a point to check in not once but twice to make sure our food and service was up to OUR standards.

“Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“

But this pizza is like the best thing that ever happened to me & it was only like 35 bucks. Of course I got fries & a piece of choc cake & a cannoli (they threw in one for free & they were crispy ) but normally that would’ve cost $87.49 & it would STINK! Everything was delicious! “Stopped at I HOP on Kidder Street in Wilkes-Barre for the first time. My pancakes and iced coffee were tasty and reasonably priced. I was the only customer in the restaurant at 111:30 on a Saturday night which was hard to understand because the food and service was great.“
