Found a steel cap nut in the sandwich one bite in. Tried to call and no answer, and no machine to speak with manager.Update: Finally spoke to someone hours later when they picked up the phone “they were busy, it’s a restaurant.” The manager proceeded to refuse to offer a refund and said if and only if I made the 40 min round trip back with the item would he consider a refund. He then argued and hung up on me for demanding a refund to my card.
Absolutely horrified at my subway sandwich today... as I was enjoying my lunch I bit into my sandwich and when I looked down this is what I found in the middle. I tried to call the location and no one picked up the phone. While I obviously wasn't expecting the best sandwich of my life from subway.... this definitely put a bitter taste in my mouth (no pun intended) and I will not be returning back.

Glad to see they’re open again. The guy working there was so friendly and says they’re open under new management I believe. I say it’ll bounce back in no time! My sub was fresh, bread was soft and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Can’t wait to stop back through again!
