We had the bucatini and the pork collar entrees and they were delicious. My pork was SO good — artful, beautiful and included many delightful tastes, from the sliced pork with a wonderful sear to the topping of sliced kumquats! The parsnip emulsion and what I think were hazel nuts provided a symphony of complementary taste and textures. Wonderful! And the rosemary sorbet should not be missed — a real ‘wow' with a glass of an Amaro.“
