I placed an order online. It was ready for me as soon as I got there (also at the time it said it would be ready). My bags were packed neatly, the food was all hot., and everything we needed was in the bags. I would order again for sure.

I naccidently hit 5 stars then I remebered the dinner it was Veterans day the special was only till 5pm we arrived just after so didnt get the Vets meals, so i bought food, I was told there was a 10% discount for vets by another vet, never got that either. My meal sucked, my wife loved her food. Coffee tasted like prison coffee, and the 4 diabetic sugars 2 of them contained a gram of sugar, told the night manager he said it is what they give us. My energy was off the charts sugar high thanks to friendlies yp they are trying to kill diabetics, worst friendlies i have ever went to. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, Friendly's is not what it used to be. We had been looking forward to eating there many times on our trip to the battlefield. Our experience, that first night, however, made us less than eager to return. The meals are overpriced, and were not nearly as good as we remembered. Their honey-mustard USED to be one of our favorites. At this location, the honey-mustard tasted MORE like vinegar/more bitter than anything. It was so tart tasting, it caused my father to have a coughing fit. When you order a crispy chicken wrap, you hope that it would have a little chicken in it. Ours contained only a few sprinkling crumbs of chicken, not even a forth of a tender worth. Lots of salad. But also the person who rolled them, rolled into them a thickness of the tortilla shell to cover the fact that they were mostly empty - save for lettus and three miniscule bites of chicken. The only plus side is the food was fast (likely because of the lack of actual chicken and abundance of lettus). The restaurant was fairly clean. I'm sure, however, their ice cream is top-notch, and enjoyable.
This was a pleasant experience. We had a great meal and super service.

Unfriendly experience. Waited forever to be seated despite restaurant being pretty empty (first clue). Hostess seemed irritated that she had to take time out of her online orders to seat us. Server was fairly nice, no refill offers, one fly by check in. Can’t fault her. Sundaes came looking like half eaten discarded milkshakes, literally half melted, zero whipped cream and cherries had sunk to the bottom following the melted path of least resistance. Not your typical sundae experience. I asked the busboy if they had run out of sundae glasses and he said they kept breaking and weren’t being replaced. Water was served in a chipped glass. Also - random christmas tree and moldy ceiling tiles. Empty ketchup bottles on table. Go to Dairy Queen or Mr G’s. Trust me, this place gets worse every time we visit.
