Sandwich came thrown together, wasn’t made correctly. Waitress took it back still wasn’t made correctly. I ate part of it anyway. Waitress was nice but there were only two people working and bot one smile. Won’t go again.

Parking: The food was terrible. I have loved friendly's grilled cheese for probably 30+ years until this experience. I don't know if they started using a different brand of cheese or if it was just the location, but it was so bad that I will never eat it again from here. I really hope they didn't change the cheese.

Sits really close to the battlefield on a very important hill! Reese's pieces sundae was a winner!
I use to eat here 20 years ago and it was amazing, when I moved away I thought regularly about their famous BBQ chicken sandwich, it was SOOOOO good!😍🤤 This past July we came for a family vacation and came here for dinner and it was just as amazing as 20 years ago!!!! My husband and children love Friendly’s just as much as I do and this location is just superb!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!😁

The last 3 times I’ve gone here they haven’t had enough waitresses to even seat us. So bad.
We had the best server, Chloe. She was attentive and had a great sense of humor. Everything was perfect because of our waitress. She deserves a raise. The food was great. Ice cream was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.

The Friendly's has great food and the waffle fries were perfect. 10 outta 10 come and get the monster mash Sunday. It's my favorite.
There's only one person in this entire restaurant that should get the recognition and that is Kelly. Everyone else from management has the worse customer service skills I have ever witnessed. Hu even standing at the fountain window, I observed many workers practicing unsanitary habits that make my blood boil. I bring my kids here and the last thing I need is for them to get sick due to ignorance. I can't be totally mad, as it seems most of these workers are stuck in this restaurant for the rest of their lives. And this type of mentality, as to why 'homey' diners such as Ryan's, Old Country Buffet, etc, went out of business. At least, Kelly makes our trips here worthwhile. She should run this place and turn it around for the greater good.
